Let’s refresh our energy through movement, breathing exercises and meditative techniques. This is a fun way to transmute stagnant energy while simultaneously refreshing your energetic field!

If you have friends to join us, they may.. The only thing that I ask, is to allow me to speak when I speak pleaseee. Grab some water, a comfy outfit and preferably a yoga mat! I travel frequently, so I may not always have a mat during our time together, but I am able to do it anywhere.. even in bed lol
